For some people, the concept of centering Blackness is a paradigm shift because the dominant group or White Supremacy has always placed the needs of marginalized groups like the Black community at the bottom of society. However, over the past year this concept is being explored across all sectors of society.

Our collective impact strategy is to create a space called the Bootcamp Room, which invites changemakers to join a conversation that can teach them how to center on Blackness. The conversation is designed like a workshop and will provide changemakers with some best practices and tips for this new paradigm shift.
